Installation supervision

Head assembly - is a set of expert consulting services.

"Talmax Engineering s.r.o." provides services for supervision of equipment installation. The composition of these services is individual for each project individually and carefully coordinated with the customer at the stage of the contract. Services of construction supervision for installation works for the assembly and installation of production lines imply a general technical and technological monitoring of progress, the theoretical and practical training of customer personnel and quality control while performing work. Installation supervision necessarily accompanied by the departure of our specialists to the site of continuous operation of technological equipment.

Head assembly includes the following steps:

- Filing customer orders for construction supervision,

- Contract for services of construction supervision,

- Travel specialist,

- A plan, plans for production,

- Preparation timetable for implementation,

- Customer training in the course of the works,

- Exercise general technical and technological control over the works,

- Quality control in the performance of work,

- Drafting of a deed of acceptance of works (services of construction supervision).

Full payment of the cost of construction supervision services on a mandatory basis is carried out to a specialist for his permanent place of operation of technological equipment. The cost of construction supervision is agreed with the client during contract and includes the passage of our specialist, to a place of constant use of technological equipment, as well as the return trip, the most convenient mode of transport, its accommodation, transportation from the hotel to the place of constant use of technological equipment and back, meals.

Before leaving our specialist to their permanent place of operation of technological equipment the customer is obliged to guarantee the following terms and conditions of the construction supervision:

- Our specialists to ensure smooth and timely deployment to temporary accommodation in the hotel, operating in accordance with the rules of hotel services in Russia;

- Ensure smooth operation of personnel engaged in assembly work, for the duration of the construction supervision (including holidays and weekends) and set the duration of the erection of working days -10 (ten) hours;

- To the specialist as well as their own staff during the period of supervision of installation and assembly work normal working conditions in accordance with existing normative documentation;

- Make the alignment of the equipment according to the layout, developed by the Executive in accordance with the plan of the premises, which will be installed production line;

- Staffed with a team of installers (required inclusion in the brigade welder, electrician and responsible for carrying out installation work);

- Procure supplies in accordance with the recommendations of the Executive (pipes, hoses, fittings, valves, etc.), as well as the missing elements of the production line, if any, is not acquired by the Executive (Required proof of purchase through the transfer of Executive procurement documents in any convenient form of communication);

- Ensure the premises, which will be installed production line, the availability of the necessary level of resources needed for production (water, electricity);

- Make a preliminary inspection of the purchased equipment to detect any defects arising during transportation of equipment to the site of an ongoing operation, and eliminate them in accordance with the recommendations of the Executive.
